Samantha Carlson is a 23 year old vocalist from New York, and has lived in the Cincinnati area for 3 years now. She graduated from Northern Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Music degree in vocal performance. She is trained classically, but has a passion for jazz, and uses her knowledge of both classical training and her love for jazz to create her unique sound. Samantha has sung in various venues around the Cincinnati area, and of course in her hometown of New York. One place in particular she has performed was at Birdland Jazz Club in New York City.

Frank Schmitt performs with 14 bands in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky/Indiana area including The Blue Wisp Big Band, Lee’s Junction Big Band, Pavilion Music Company Big Band, Ron Purdon Big Band, to name a few. He plays both piano and trombone professionally. When playing piano, he performs locally as a solo, duo, or trio.
