Guarantees
The Iron Horse requires a guaranteed number of people for your event 72 hours before your function. This is the minimum number from which you will be billed for your event.
Events on Fridays and Saturdays
We are available for private parties and special events Tues-Sat. For special events on Friday & Saturday there is a $3000.00 min Charge, for events during the Evening. A $500.00 minimum charge For events during the day. There is a minimum $1200.00 charge for Events Tues-Thursday.
Events on Sundays & Mondays
We are available for private parties and special events on Sunday and Monday. There is a $2500.00 minimum charge for these events.
Room Charge
There is no room charge or rental fee for our rooms, unless a minimum charge is not met.
Gratuity
A 20% gratuity will be added on to all checks in the private party room. We figure the gratuity on the subtotal before tax As we feel you should not have to tip on the tax.
Separate Checks
Separate checks take up to 5 minutes per check to process. We ask That you keep the number of checks to a minimum as we will be able To better service your group.
Time Limits
For lunch parties, unless otherwise specified in contract, the room would be available from 11:00 am – 3:00 pm.
Evening parties, unless otherwise specified in contract, would be available From 5:30 pm – 11:00 pm.
Linen
Table cloths are used in our main dining room. Linen tablecloths are Available in the Glendale room for $2.00 per table cloth used. Champagne Napkins are used for private parties. Other colors are available for an Additional charge.
Ordering off our Menu / Planning a special menu.
- Groups of 25 or less may order off our lunch/dinner menu, or May set-up a limited special menu from our menu items
- Groups of 35 or more must select from our party packages or Other special events menus.
- Our special events lunch menu includes choice of 2 or 3 entrees And non-alcoholic beverages .
Children
We have a children's menu available
Decorating
You may decorate your rooms and in most cases, you may have access To the restaurant before your party to decorate. Please talk to the Special Events Coordinator for details. We ask that you don’t use any decorative Confetti on the tables or in the rooms and that you don’t use any type of Adhesive on our walls.
Cakes & Special Desserts
Our Pastry Chef will be happy to create a special dessert or Cake for your Event. Pricing will depend on individual item so talk with our Special Events Coordinator about your needs.
There is additional charge for cakes brought into the restaurant.
Cakes made at “home” are not permitted in the restaurant according To local health department rules.
Rooms and Minimum Charges
- Minimum charges are applicable Friday & Saturday nights for groups that are private and use the room for more than 3 hours, or for events That start after 6:00 pm.
- Saturday Daytime Minimum is $500.00
- Friday & Saturday evening minimum is $2500.00
- All minimums don’t include tax or gratuity
Deposits
A 50% deposit of estimated party is required to hold room or at minimum 50% of minimum room charge. Deposits are refundable if cancelled 30 Days prior to event. The Iron Horse accepts most major credit cards and Company checks for deposits and final payment.
